Crockpots for Shul Kiddushes

(This is not a kosher question, strictly speaking, but the follow-up questions will be about kashrus.)

I'd like to purchase a large crock pot suitable for a shul kiddush. Online, I found "roasters" that are 18 qt and are made for roasting turkeys and that could probably be used for making choulent.

Is there anything else available that anyone has seen -- say a real 30 qt crock pot?

I use a "roaster" for my cholent at home regularly, and I prefer it to the crockpot I used to have. #1 - the temperature can be set very exactly. #2 - no crock to break.
