| i see that Rav Heineman has issued a strong statement regarding terumos umaasros. could you please broaden the issue as to what the real shalos are on vegetables. i remember that there was 1-a question whether terumos umaasros bzman hazeh are deorayso or miderabanan. since vegetables are also miderabanan and supposedly the Rabbonut maasers the produce going to chutz laoretz-then is it not a sfek sefeka derabanan or at least a sefeka derabanan? |
